I'm recovering from Pittsburgh and am headed to the spa today (rough life, right!!!) but I wanted to pop in to tell you about the best beauty product I've tried lately: Benefit's Erase Paste concealer*.
I am a dedicated drugstore beauty person. I have a *very* hard time buying cosmetics that cost more than $10 because I feel that I go through them quickly, the colors and formulas are nearly as good as department store brands, etc. However, occasionally a product makes me abandon a drugstore brand. This is one of those times.
I deal with pretty bad undereye circles-- in my case, they're hereditary. There's nothing I can do to get rid of them. I already sleep 8 hours a night (really!) and take care of my skin. Basically, I have to cover them up.
I've used tons of concealers. I often use maybelline because the colors are more warm than covergirl or some other drugstore brands. I also most recently used Almay after having some allergy problems. However, I used my girlfriend A's erase paste when I visited DC last weekend and wow... it really did the job.
Dark circles, gone. Redness on either side of my nose? Neutralized. Any blemish? Hidden.
I went to purchase it at Ulta and chose the "fair" option. It's perhaps a litttttleeee light on me (the next shade was too dark, though), but that's actually perfect because I can layer my foundation or BB cream over top and it blends perfectly. It was $26 for a pot of it, which is pricey, but you only need a little tiny bit. I've been using it for a week and I've hardly used any.
If you have chronic dark circles like me, this is a must-use!
*I wasn't compensated for this, at all, I just really like this product!!!*
