The BEST shoes I've ever bought

Y'all. 

 

I'm not exaggerating in the title of this post.  After owning and wearing them for about 2 months I have to report to you that the J.Crew Martina Patent Wedges are the BEST shoes I have ever purchased.

Yes, I took this on my desk at work during lunch. Don't judge.

 

I wear these at work nearly every day.  They are by far the most comfortable professional shoes I've ever worn.  It's like you're not even wearing heels.  I have trekked all the way to the Starbucks about 10 minutes away in these and not felt a thing {I can't do that in my Revas or in any other heel I own}.  I have also worn them out several times and never had to change into flats.  This is big for me.  I'm a baby when it comes to heels. 

 

Not to mention the patent finish is glossy and gorgeous.  They look expensive and well-made.

 

Yes, they are pricey ($228.00).  BUT... I got them on sale for 25% off during a sale (making them $171.00).  I would wholeheartedly spend this amount again for these shoes.  {FYI: I am NOT an expensive shoe girl.  These are the most expensive shoes I've ever purchased.  The second runner up would be my running shoes}. 

 

I'm now plotting on how I can afford to purchase them in the apricot mist color this spring....

 

A few things to note: if you get these shoes, order a half size up!  I did this based on reviews and am glad I did.  They fit perfectly.  I would have had to return them if I had ordered my normal size.  Also-- the first time you put them on and wear them, they are extremely stiff.  However they loosen up quickly and I felt that they were no longer stiff by my second wear.
