I just need to take a moment to gush over the fabulousness that is the end of 2011 in the K household:

R and I shared our first married Christmas with my family in Richmond, VA.  It was the best Christmas I've had in years!  It was nice to be surrounded by family, love, and happiness for the holidays. I feel blessed.

My sister is coming down tonight to spend NYE and the weekend with me!  I'm so excited :) !!!

Bestie S, got engaged to the love of her life tonight!  I knew this was coming for a week because her fiance told me...and boy am I excited that it finally happened!  I am so so excited for her!!!  I am truly thrilled :)

R is starting a new job on January 4th that he is super excited about!  I'm so proud of him and can't wait to see what the future brings in his new endeavor.

As I wrote about here, 2011 has been a fantastic year for me.  I can't say enough.  After having such a shit-tastic 2009 and 2010, this year was a breath of fresh air and a reminder that life is beautiful and that everyday is a gift.
